INN POLICIES

1. Rates are based on double occupancy
2. Single occupancy is $5 less per night
3. Limited availability for a third person is $30 per night (with prior approval)
4. Payment by personal check, traveler’s checks and VISA, MasterCard & American Express
5. Smoking allowed in designated outside areas only
6. Standard check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:30 pm EST  (7:30 pm on Saturdays) or by prearranged time
7. Check-out time is by 11:00 am
   (use of parking and common area facilities are available after check-out)
8. Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a 50% deposit and the issuance of a Reservation Confirmation #.
9. At least ten (10) days notice of any change to a reservation is required, or your deposit will be forfeited.  A $25 processing fee will be applied for each refund.
