New Hope's Wedgwood Collection of Historic Inns has successfully hosted off-site conferences since 1982.  Day and overnight training sessions, study groups, executive seminars and corporate retreats have all been hosted here, effectively combining business and pleasure.  Please note, we host only one meeting at a time.

Facilities include:  5 conference rooms accommodating up to 26 people, set on 2 park-like acres which are ideal for breaks and lunch. We provide complimentary on-site parking.  All conference rooms feature:

  • Effective lighting and climate control

  • Audio-visual aids with prior arrangement

  • Flip chart, markers, pads and pencils

  • Telephone with speaker phone

  • High Speed, Wireless Internet Access

  • Handicap accessible (including bathroom)

  • Smoke-free environment

  • Bottled water and hard candy

We have 18 overnight guest rooms and suites for your conference attendees.

Umpleby Parlor
The 318 square foot Umpleby Parlor is well suited for meetings of 8 people or for breakout sessions from a larger group.  Relax in the couches. Enjoy the fire.  The room features a telephone, 3 windows, a lofty ceiling, and random width pumpkin pine floors.  There is also a table and chairs for 8 persons.


Cottage
The 255 square foot Carriage House (aka Cottage) is ideal for groups of six or less.  The first floor has a kitchenette, fireplace, 9 windows, a telephone and bathroom too.  The second floor has a bedroom which leads to a covered deck.


 

Aaron Burr Parlor
The second largest area is the Aaron Burr Parlor at 612 square feet.  The table comfortably seats 14.  Wingback chairs and couches can seat 10 or more.  Settle in with a fireplace and a half bath at your disposal. There is also a TV/VCR.


 


Wedgwood Main Meeting Room
This new 2000 square foot wing accommodates meetings of 26 people on the main level. This room has high ceilings, 3 tall windows,  hardwood floors and 4 French doors which lead to a covered Victorian porch.  It is handicap accessible and also has an adjoining handicap bathroom. 

Wedgwood Fireplace Room
Adjacent to the Main Meeting Room is the Fireplace Room.  This space has tall ceilings, a fireplace and the French door leads out to a covered Victorian porch.  This room is often used as break-out space in conjunction with the Main Meeting Room.   It is handicap accessible and also has an adjoining handicap bathroom.  There is also a TV/VCR.

Wedgwood Parlor
The 300 square foot Wedgwood Parlor is well suited for meetings of 8 people or for break-out space for a larger group.  A fireplace, telephone, 4 tall windows, high ceiling and a combination of tables, chairs and couches.   It is handicap accessible and also has an adjoining handicap bathroom.


Meeting Your Needs

All your meeting requirements are expertly managed by the staff of the Wedgwood Inn.

  • Copier and fax services are available for a nominal charge.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks are custom-designed and served on Wedgwood china.
  • Spacious grounds for walking, lawn games and outdoor breaks.
  • Covered Victorian porches, 2 gazebos, and lawn furniture to meet or relax in.
  • A completely smoke-free work environment.
  • 24 hour in-residence staff
  • We'll arrange dinner reservations at any of the three dozen restaurants within walking distance of the inn.
  • Convenient location between New York City and Philadelphia, close to Princeton and Trenton (NJ), just off 1-95.
  • Walking distance to our historic village, known for its art, antiques, and fine dining and shops, live theater and entertainment.
  • Direct billing is offered with a Letter of Authorization. American Express, VISA and MasterCard also accepted.
