Chocolate Banana Loaf
3 1/2 cups
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1 12 ounce package of white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and
salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat the mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, and butter until

Pour batter into pans. Bake for 60 minutes.
For variation, substitute 4 cups of chopped nuts for the chocolate chips.
